Biography

As of 2006, Dr. Munoz is Coordinator of the South Centre’s Programme on innovation, technology, intellectual property and development, which undertakes research and provides policy advice and technical assistance to developing countries. Dr. Munoz earned her PHD in Management of Technology at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland, with focus on economics of innovation, and holds a Master's degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics, UK. Prior to joining the SC, Ms. Munoz worked at Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute, University of London.
