Present your SDG solution to the international G-STIC audience
The Video Pitch Competition is an annual opportunity for organisations and companies to propose original, innovative solutions for helping achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
With its unique prize of exposure to the international G-STIC audience, the Video Pitch Competition is an exceptional opportunity for younger innovators, including students and researchers, to take a place on the world stage at the G-STIC conference in Dubai.
The Video Pitch Competition is organised by IEEE Entrepreneurship in partnership with UN Major Group for Children and Youth and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
Who can enter
Students, researchers, employees and independent professionals affiliated with any company or organisation are invited to enter, either as individuals or as teams.
What the judges are looking for
Breakthrough solutions based on the 5 IEEE Entrepreneurship criteria: innovation, market, product, team diversity and traction.
Winners will be selected from each of three different categories: ideation, founded start-ups and mature companies.
Winners and rewards
The winners will be invited to present their solution at the G-STIC conference in Dubai, taking place 17 - 19 January 2022.
Entry format
As the name suggests, to enter the Video Pitch Competition, you need to create a 3-minute video showcasing your proposal.
Deadline
Entries for the Video Pitch Competition must be submitted no later than 1 November 2021.
